The instant Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to comply the order dated 22.8.2025 passed by respondent no.4, i.e., Assistant Collector-1st/Tehsildar, Pooranpur, Pilibhit, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent nos. 3 & 4 to remove the encroachment and illegal possession of the respondent nos. 6 & 7 of gata no.115, area 0.0150 hect., class 6-2/non-agriculture land/chak marg of v
