Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the authority concerned i.e. respondent nos.3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondent no.5 over the land of Plot No.243Kha Area 0.8490 hectare recorded as 'Pathrili Bhumi in revenue record situated at Village Chachokhar, Tehsil Mau District Chitrakoot and expeditiously decide the case no.T202507190205939 instituted under Section 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending in respect to the plot in question
