The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to remove the encroachment made by respondent Nos.6 to 8 over the Arazi No. 134/2 Area 0.6050 hectare which is recorded as Kummhari Ka Mitti Khodne Ka Asthan in the revenue record situated in Village- Talda (Jauli Jansath), Tehsil-Jansath, District- Muzattarnagar. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to take necessary action on the application of petitioner dated 19.11.2025 within stipulated period which is pending before the respondent No.2 (Annexure
