The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following relief:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the State authorities i.e. respondent nos.2 & 3 to take necessary and lawful action with regard to removal of encroached of respondent no.5 of public utility land i.e. Khad Gaddha (Compost Pit) situated over Gata no.326 measuring area 0.096 Hectare, situated in Village Sisvaniya Bishun, Tappa Lehara, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj in the interest of the public at large." 3.
