The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 25.04.2007 passed in Civil Revision No.13 of 2004-05, Rajveer V. State, Revision No. 14/2004-05, Devi Dayal V. State, Revision No. 15/2004-05, Roshan Lal V. State by Board of Revenue, Allahabad (Rajveer Versus State). ii . Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.6 to 9 to not create any third party right of the land in Khasra No.387 situated at Village- Khurrampur, Polic
