The instant petiton has been filed for the following relief: (a). Issue a writ, order or direction of a suitable nature directing the respondent authorities specially respondent No.2 to to evict the private respondent as well as any other person who encroached Khalihan situated in Gata No. 611 area 0.0150 and Gata No. 612 area 0.01500 and Gata No. 551 area 0.0400 hectare, Banjar Gata No. 609 area 0.1840 and Chakmarg situated in Gata No. 608 area 0.0130 situated in Village Tarauka (Latghat), Tehsil Sagari, District-Azamgarh with immediate effect. 3.
