Heard Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Vishal Tehlani, the learned Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made over land Gata No.2512 measuring area 0.0470 Hectares which is recorded as Talab and land Gata No.992 measuring area 0.1780 Hectare which is recorded as Chak marg situated at Village Panchayat Khandasa, Pargana Khandasa, Tehsil Milkipur, District- Faizabad/Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by S.D.M., Milkipur, Ayodhya, the learned Standing Counsel has stated that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 for removal of encroachm
