In compliance of the order dated 13.11.2025, instruction dated 25.11.2025 sent by Tehsildar, Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar is taken on record. 3. Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Patel, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submitted that illegal encroachment over plot No.44 has been found, as such proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been registered as case No.T202317650205368 against respondent No.6-Devi Prasad in respect to plot No.44 area 0.002 hectare. He submitted that aforementioned proceeding is still pending before respondent No.4-Tehsildar and remaining area of plot in question is free from encroachment. He submitted that Gram Pradh
