Heard Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vishal Tahlani, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties no.2 and 3 for removal of encroachments from land bearing Gata No.679, measuring 0.7770 hectare and Gata No.705, measuring 0.0660 hectare situated at Village Sidhauli, Pargana Jagdishpur, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided to the learned Standing Counsel he has informed that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code have already been issued for removal of encroachments from the land in question and the same are pending consideration.The instructions are taken on record. 4.
