Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to remove the illegal encroachment over Arazi No.675, area 0.0060 hectare and Arazi No. 675 area 0.1750 which are recorded in revenue records as "Banjar and Charagah" respectively and may also be directed to the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to restore back the original position of the Banjar and Charagah'.
