Issue, a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment of respondent nos. 6 to 10 upon the Arazi No. 2682/5 area 0.1640 hectare recorded as Banzar, situated at Village- Ganeshpur (Bhar Tola), Tappa-Ganeshpur, Pargana-Nagar Purab, Tehsil-Basti Sadar, District-Basti. II. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. III. Award the cost of the pet
