The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Collector, Mau to take all necessary steps for removal of construction and encroachment made by respondent no. 6, over the Gata Nos. 6216, 6562, 6563 of Village: Vigrahpur, Post Office: Dubari, District: Mau either under the relevant provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 or under the Uttar Pradesh Public Properties (Removal of Damages) Act, within the time specified by the Hon'ble Court. (ii) issue any suitable writ, order or
