The instant public interest litigation has been file for the following relief:- “A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents authorities to conclude the grievances of the petitioner and decided the representation of the present petitioner in the interest of large public Domain and to direct to the respondents authorities to remove illegal encroachment of respondent no 05 in khasra (gata) no 291, which is path to temple situated in gata no 292, in time bound manner.”
