This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) issue a writ order in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 3 & 5 to get inquire the entire matter by high level independent agency, independently without participation and influence of the opposite parties no. 9 to 12 by changing their place of posting and working in other departments. (ii) issue a writ order in the nature of commanding the opposite parties no. 3 & 5 to submit the inquiry report before this Hon'ble Court within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court and to take action against the guilty persons /authorities as per inquiry report by fixing their responsibility. (iii) issue a writ order in the nature of commanding the opposite parties no. 3 to 8 to take immediate action for printing the books
