The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of madamus directing the respondent no.2 to remove the illegal encroachment on Gata No.629 area 0.1970 hectare recorded as Abadi in the revenue records situated at Village- Panchdevra, Devaki Pandey, Soraon, District. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 4.8.2025." 3. After filing of the instant public interest litigation, proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been registered against the private respondents. 4. C
