Instruction received by Ms. Akansha Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel from the District Magistrate, Gonda are to the effect that Gram Rozgar Sewak could not be appointed in the aforesaid Village Panchayat as the budget allocated for the said purpose for the year 2023 had already been exceeded by making such appointments in other Village Panchayats. 3. None is present for the petitioner to press the present PIL any further presumably as with passage of time the cause may have lost its efficacy. 4. Accordingly, the PIL is disposed of.
