The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to decide the proceeding of Case no.15290 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202411730615290 (L.M.C. Basapur vs. Manoj), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending in the Court of Tahsildar Dhaulana, District- Hapur." 3. In compliance of the order of this Court, personal affidavit has been filed stating that proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been registered against the private respondent no.6 and the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 4
