This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus the opposite parties to take action for removal of illegal encroachment of gata no.178 measuring area 0.0250 hectare situated at panchayat Sadarpur, Pargana Sadarpur, Tehsil Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur, in the interest of justice and equity. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the state authorities to restrain the opposite party no.6 not to encroach the land of gata no.178 measuring area 0.0250 hectare at panchayat Sadarpur, Pargana Sadarpur, Tehsil Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
