Heard Shri Pawan Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikas Rai, the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on public land in furtherance of an orders dated 28.02.2025 and 25.06.2025 copies whereof have been filed as Annexure No.1 and 2 to the writ petition. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Mihinpurawa (Motipur), Bahraich, the learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court that in compliance of the orders passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the encroachers have removed the encroachment and presently, there is no encroachment. 4. Although, the learned counsel has disputed the correctness of the
