The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 3 execute the order dated 18.11.2023 passed by him the respondent no.3 in Case No. 15168 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202214360415168, Report Lekhpal Vs. Heerawati, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 about the removal of illegal construction made by respondent no.4 over the Plot No. 73 area 0.0120 hectare which is recorded as Garha (pond) in revenue record of the village concerned i.e. public utility land given in Section 77 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006.
