Part of the land/space/property in question bearing no.4/4-TCG, Rohtas Presidential Arcade, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was allowed to one Shri Amit Sharma who made some constructions thereon, however, as the constructions were not as per law, therefore, demolition proceedings were initiated under Section 27(1) of The U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, which culminated in an order of demolition etc. dated 08.08.2023, against which no appeal has been preferred. Instead, on a subsequent notice having been issued, the said person filed a writ petition being Writ-C No.111 of 2026 which has been dismissed recently by a coordinate bench i.e. on 08.01.2026. 3.
