Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Rai, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant writ petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties to remove the encroachment made over public utility land bearing Gata No. 213 measuring 0.0300 hectare recorded as Chakmarg, Gata No. 271 measuring 0.0330 hectare recorded as Naveenparti and Gata No. 164 measuring 0.2530 hectare recorded as Shamshanghat situated in Village Dhemashivbaxrai, Tehsil Bikapur, District Faizabad/Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bikapur, Ayodhya, the learned Standing Counsel has informed that encroachment from the land bearing Gata No. 164 has already been removed.
