By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made over public utility land (Qabristan) bearing gata No.405 measuring 1.1760 Hectare situated at Village- Itraura, Tehsil-Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court on the basis of written instructions provided to him that proceedings under Section 67 Of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending since the year 2024. 4.
