By means of the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made by the respondent No.6 on pond land bearing Gata No.805 Kha measuring 0.0820 Hectare, land reserved for Mela bearing Gata No.806 measuring 0.2020 Hectare and Devsthan land bearing Gata No.807 measuring 0.0130 Hectare situated in Village- Balli Kirpalpur, Sonauragaupur, Tehsil- Bikapur, District- Faizabad/Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instructions, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha has stated that land bearing Gata No.805 Ka and 805 Kha are minjumla number
