The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to remove the encroachment over arazi nos. 765 and 766 (nature of land are are chak marg and nali) situated at village Teliyatara, Pargana Kewai, Tehsil Handia, Prayagraj in accordance with law." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending against private respondent no.4 since 2024. He further submitted that in view of the entry of the plot in question, Tehsildar be directed to decide the pending proceeding within the time bound
