Pollution Control Board, Raebareli is present. He says that he inspected the brick-kiln on 30th September 2025 and found it to be closed, no activity was taking place. Thereafter, he again inspected the brick-kiln on 27.12.2025 and the position was the same. On being asked as to what inquiry did he conduct to ascertain as to whether prior to it also the brick-kiln was closed as the closure order was passed on 15.07.2021, he says that he did not make any effort to ascertain this fact.
