Sri Punit Chandra says that the Power Corporation can only issue notice to those, who have constructed the houses under the high tension power line but apart from it has no other authority to evict them or demolish their houses. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 6 says that construction has been made after getting the map sanctioned. We do no express any opinion on this statement. 4.
