Vide the impugned judgment, the Appellants have been convicted for offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter, ‘IPC’) 4. The incident leading to the registration of FIR No.236/2012dated 10th September, 2012 registered at P.S.
