The Appellant has filed the present Appeal challenging the order dated 21.01.2022 (“Impugned Judgement”) passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. (C) 6819/2020 (“Writ Petition”). 2. The Appellant is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Respondent No.1, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
