The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 855/2025 of PS Karol Bagh for offence under Section 109(1) BNS. 2. The injured Sh. Aonkar Nath, identified by IO/SI Sachin is present in court and submits that the accused/applicant may be granted bail so that they apply for quashing of the FIR, since they are neighbours and after being discharged from hospital, he has recovered fully and there is no medical complication. 3. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he caused stab injury on the chest and abdomen region of the injured.
