The present petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in terms of Clause 13 of the Marketing Agreement dated 14.12.20212. 2.
