Alleged incident is of 31.10.2023. 3. Both the parties are neighbours, residing in same building, albeit, occupying different floors. 4. Trigger point of the quarrel was some seepage and both the sides entered into confrontation and scuffle and some of the female members were, allegedly, inappropriately touched and indecent words were also exchanged. 5. On the basis of complaint made by petitioners in CRL.M.C. 327/2026, FIR No. 734/2023 dated 01.11.2023 under Sections 354/354(B)/509/323/34 IPC was registered with PS Patel Nagar. Since there was no requisite action on the complaint given by other side, respondents in CRL.M.C. 343/2026 were compelled to file application under Section 156
