The limited prayer in the present petition is to request the learned Trial Court to adjudicate FIR No.305/2019 under Sections 03/04 of Medicare Service Person And (Prevention of Violence and Damage of Property) Act, 2008 at P.S. North Rohini, Delhi on expeditious basis. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered in the year 2019 and the charges had yet not been ascertained. 3. According to petitioners, it is a false case and a counterblast. 4. However, at this juncture, it will not be appropriate for this Court to make any comment about the truthfulness or veracity of the allegations appearing in the FIR. 5.
