The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the orders dated 10th September, 2025 and 27th October, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil Suit (Comm.) 1634/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the petition insofar as it seeks to set aside the order dated 10th September, 2025. However, he presses the relief seeking the grant of one more opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine PW-1. 9.
