Govind Puri along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The petition i.e. CRL.M.C. 474/2026 has been filed by three petitioners i.e. Mr. Harsh Bhati, Mr. Karan Bhati and Mr. Rajat Chhokar whereas CRL.M.C. 484/2026 has been filed by two petitioners i.e. Mr. Jonty Dhama and Mr. Ritik Dhama. The complaint in question was lodged on 03.11.2022 at the behest of Mr. Salil Kumar (respondent No.2) who, inter alia, alleged that the accused persons had beaten him up and had also threatened and insulted him by using casteist remarks. 4.
