The present appeal has been filed assailing the judgment and decree passed by the Learned Single Judge [hereinafter referred to as „LSJ‟] on 02.05.2025, whereby the civil suit instituted by the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 herein, came to be decreed in their favour and against the Appellant [hereinafter referred to as „IJ‟]. 2. For the sake of clarity, consistency and ease of reference, the parties in the present appeal shall be referred to in accordance with their respective status before the LSJ. FACTUAL BACKGROUND: 3. In order to comprehend the issues involved in the
