Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0001 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 238, 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Binauli, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated merely on the basis of suspicion and solely because he is the erstwhile husband of the deceased, without there being any cogent or credible evidence connecting him with the alleged crime. 5.
