This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 172 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 85, 123 of the B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of the D. P. Act, Police Station Jogiya, District Siddharthnagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is the mother-in-law of the victim and she has not given poison to the victim.
