Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Pipari, District Kaushambi during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, at the exoneration of the applicant, the co- accused person Rupesh Singh is stated to have fired and committed murder of the son of the informant on 25.7.2025 at about 5.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
