Heard Sri Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.1586 of 2013, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station- Kavinagar, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion only. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is the resident of Bihar and was a labourer and has been made a scapegoat by the police. The applicant did not abscond deliberately rather he had gone to his parental place and surrendered before the court concerned on 5.4.2023 and is languishing in jail since then. 5.
