This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Salman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 373 of 2025 , under Sections 352, 109 (1), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned in the FIR version as well as in the statement of first informant recorded under Section 180 BNSS.
