The applicant is in jail since 11.04.2024. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 19.09.2024. The prosecution evidence has concluded. No fresh ground for bail has been made out at this stage. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc.
