Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in S.T. No.32 of 2020 (State vs. Abhishek @ Shakeel Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No.756 of 2019, under Sections 302, 404, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence, although he was named in the FIR. The applicant is languishing in jail since 25.10.2019, as such, the period of incarceration is about six years and three months.
