Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.434 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 29.08.2025 at about 5:00 p.m., the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted the son of the informant at a local dhaba and forcibly took him towards the road, whereupon the deceased somehow escaped from their clutches and clung to a running pickup vehicle. 5.
