Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 632 of 2011, under Sections 302, 394, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant inadmittedly could not attend the Court, as such, NBW was issued against him on 6.12.2024 but as a bonafide act, the applicant surrendered before the Court on 20.4.2025. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that there is no criminal history of the applicant.
