This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant,Bittu Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1121 of 2022, under Sections 8/22 of NDPS Act,1985 Police Station-Indirapuram, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case wherein contraband 'alprazolam powder' measuring 120 gms has been recovered from the possession of accused applicant, which is slightly above the commercial quantity.
