Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.216 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1) BNS and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Shuaib has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.43602 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 20.6.2025. There is no previous criminal history of the applicant except one case foisted on him subsequent to the instant case. A false recovery has been foisted on the applicant.
