Heard Sri Ram Adhar Ram, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station- Sahaswan, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about one and a half months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the missing report was filed after a delay of more than one month and there is no explanation of the said delay either. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that subsequently the applicant was implicated on the basis of suspicion only and
