Heard Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.246 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Bilsi, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person Prem Singh are stated to have caught hold of the deceased person, whereby co-accused person Rewa Ram @ Ranjeet is stated to have assaulted him with sharp edged weapon on 3.7.2025 at about 10:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
