Heard Shri Parvez Alam, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0018 of 2024, under Sections 302, 452 I.P.C., Police Station Dankaur, District-Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant is not an eye witness and the mother and brother of the informant narrated the story. There are ample contradictions in the statement of the informant recorded in Court. 6.
